An article in the Chinese press says she has had chances to sell, but she has various provisos about the club future which is making it difficult. I guess she wants the new owner to continue with THE PLAN....hard to guarantee and buyers probably want a free hand. She may be finding it hard to let it go even though she doesn't really want a football club.
Yeah it was suggested by Wilson like 2-3 weeks ago she would be looking to sell the whole club. But would be also willing to sell a large percentage if she couldn't agree a whole sale.
If this takeover happens , I wonder what the chances of Cortese being involved are ? Also it would appear Birmingham sacked rowett because they wanted a bigger name , what would that mean for Puel ?
The chances of Cortese being involved are slim to none. Birmingham sacking Rowett doesn't affect Claude Puel in any way shape of form. Also that is one of the craziest decisions ive seen in football for a long time. Rowett was doing very well and it's not as if zola has a good track record.
Sorry . Ref Birmingham I read that the Chinese owners wanted a bigger name , that was all ( I agree it was wrong ) but hopefully you see what I was getting at .
Ah right, you mean in case our potential new owners felt the same way. I suppose that could be the case with any new owners, let's hope that Kat sells it to people that don't get too involved with the football side of thing and just leave that to Les and Co.
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/00053301/charges/8w6yj9ZS0zkj8A9zwGDX-bd7PwA If you look in to this site there are some details of recent activity at the Club, apparently 501.000 shares issued in September and more recently another loan, sadly no details of how much or what it is for.
The loan is available in November and is set against future guaranteed earnings....clutching at straws, but could we be trying to buy a player(s) in January. Or borrowing to pay back KL prior to sale.
Where does it say that 501 shares have been issued? I can see the value 501.000 in September but that refers to 501.000 GBP rather than 501 individual shares being issued.
I don't understand these things I guess it depends on how much each share costs, but there isn't any way to find out is there? The question is who are the shares for / owned by and what is the object of the exercise?
Probably Kat pushing some more funds in to the Club. would that happen if the Chinese were getting involved or perhaps because they are?
