    If you have a 23 man squad that (we can all agree) mainly consists of sh*te, when you pick 18 of them for a matchday - most of them will be, that's right you guessed it, SH*TE!

    I've moaned a fair bit over the last few days, but come on, give that selection a chance. I'm actually happy with most of that. Some lads playing for the futures right there. This will not be like Friday, no matter how formidable Citys line up is.

    My main gripe is the lack of midfield options ... letting Reed and Lemina go with no replacement is crazy.

    Looking at our lineup, I'll say we put on a surprisingly decent show and lose 3-0. Like, we're going to get beaten soundly, but actually a little less badly than people would have expected even if we weren't coming off a 9-0 loss.
