Well, having Smallbone and Tella playing for them helps. Plus the additions of Simeu and Small have improved the team.
I know Smallbone has only just started playing due to his injury, but I think the others have been playing since the start of the season.

Didn't know if we had changed tactics at all or whether Ralph still wanted all levels playing the same way.

Whatever it is im not complaining!

It looks like they've changed formation, with 3 centre-backs, and 2 wing-backs. So 3-5-2

Slightly different to the first-team, who primarily play 4-2-2-2, but if it's getting results, then so be it.

I don't think it's a formation that Ralph wants to see replicated through the different age groups. It's the flexibility. I don't actually think we have a set formation. We generally start 4-2-2-2 but that can morph into any number of different styles depending on the opposition and the way the game is going.

People used to moan about us not having a plan B but now we see plans A-D often all in the same game.

Yep, and in a number of games, Romeu has dropped into the back two, creating a back 3 with wingbacks.

Just happy it is all moving forward, I have to admit at all levels of the club it seemed depressing, and that appears to have lifted.
