I wish he would get rid of that beard it doesn't suit him.
I concur....with that colouring it ought to make him look like a Viking, but it doesn't.
Apologies if anyone has posted this previously, but an interesting read into how the academy are looking at alternative methods and how they aim to produce well rounded people.
