Every stadium needs to have a couple additional goals parked off in the distance. As much fun as it is when a player scuffs a shot badly, imagine how much more entertaining it would be when that mishit ends with the ball coolly slotted into the backup goal. And yeah, the bit where you use wide men to play crosses in to the box is pretty novel. The chances were such that Reading's keeper looked about as spectacular as one can when shipping three goals.
The Reading's keeper's save from the Harry Reed shot is quite spectacular I thought. Also the move that lead to Olamola's poor miss in the first half was great football. I really enjoy watching the U23s too. Surely these lads can be given some time on the pitch for the first team this Autumn. Otherwise what's the point, let them go on loan or get sold.
