David Connolly would be a good one to sponsor as the players then sit with you for the end of season dinner and he strikes me as someone who probably has a lot of stories.
On the other hand, the cost isn't so high that a well off individual couldn't sponsor a player. There are benefits as well..make a nice birthday present for someone who has everything!
