Koeman will probably get a tune out of him. I just wouldn't expect him to be the Rolls Royce centre-half straight away that he once looked like becoming.
No doubt, he'll probably be our 3rd or 4th choice CB but playing with better players will no doubt improve him and give him his confidence back. Playing in that QPR team last season must have been traumatic.
He didn't help himself at times getting pissed and into fights. Just doesn't come across as a very good egg or someone who has been playing football his whole life. Can sometimes do the complicated stuff well but the basics are completely alien to him.
If he steps out of line at Saints he will be in for a shock as the squad is very tight and seems to have a good element of self disciplining.
This could be his last opportunity to show his real worth

Always thought he was a decent player but like most of our signings they somehow manage to regress when playing for us......
Admittedly with Kneecap in charge things were always likely to go pear shaped and he brushes with the law didn't help, but if he knuckles down he should improve playing with you......
Certainly helps us getting £2m plus off the wages and we could probably pick up a couple of decent League 1 center backs for the loan fee......we're setting our sights really high this season!!!!

Sadly I don't see we will have a pop at Charlie Austin as we have a fairly strong forward line. Personally would love him down here but his alleged wage demand will preclude him from coming to us
Don't believe what you read in the press about his wage demands, he himself has mocked what has been printed by posting on twitter an image of Mr Greedy. I'm sure he would fit into your wage structure very well and it would suit that he doesn't need to up root his family.
I'd be quite happy to still be a R's player after this window closes, almost a guarantee of goals.
I've updated my Pro-Evo Saints squad with transferring Alderweireld and Clyne and acquiring Juanmi, Soares, Martina, Stekelenburg and Steven Caulker.
Incidentally, I played a match against Liverpool the other night and smashed them. But I laughed out loud when I replayed a particular goal and one of the Liverpool players running back, but failing to stop me, was Adam Lallana. The LOL moment was when he turned round and I saw Twatbeard on his shirt. I'd changed it a year ago when I was really annoyed with him. Tbf, I still can't think well of hiim.

We got relegated with Peter Crouch, he then went to Liverpool and became a England regular

I have to agree with the fact he was crap at QPR but Bertrand hardly pulled up trees when at villa the season before and then with us was superb last season.
With Fonte to lead him and Ron to coach him I have every faith he will come good.
