Really pleased if we get him, remember him playing for Spurs against us a couple of seasons back where he completely owned Lambert, plus he is always good for 2 or 3 goals a season from set pieces.
Plus of course he hets our English quota up a bit. Hopefully the right to buy deal is water tight this time.

Presumably we thought QPR's desired fee to be excessive? Either that or QPR only want him off the books for a year.

I think the wages have put us off a purchase option, he was likely on a big deal at QPR and they are desperate to reduce their outlay to appease the Football League and ease their possible penalty.

They may be paying part of his salary while on loan but we're not willing to offer similar to whatever nonsense they were paying him previous.

I'm not sure if it's the angle of the photo, but the lack of beard symmetry is upsetting me.

He'll cost you plenty of sloppy goals but he looks quite good jogging with the ball out of defence before passing it five yards to a midfielder or losing it.

Still, was better than what we have given we have no defenders.
