or a good agent starting a bidding war to increase his fee, hope we dont bid anymore cause I think he aint worth anymore than we have already bid imho
 
I spotted this first thing this morning Supers, if it is true there's no way we would be able to compete with wages that Soton could offer <ok>
 
Great. Leeds are so unprofessional its unreal - first going public with our initial bid and now not responding to our improved offer for nearly a week. Really showing their class and what a massive club they are <doh>

Either way I wouldn't worry too much, I don't think we're actually interested in Snodgrass, I've yet to see it from a reliable source. He's a very good player, sure, but too similar to Lallana who is better (nothing at all against Snodgrass). Every sign points to us looking for a pacy player (like Lens from PSV) to play right wing, so don't worry about competition from us too much!

i agree lallana is the better player to be honest. he's someone i wanted us to try and sign at the beginning of last season but i imagine that would have been practically impossible! as i say, not sure if there is any truth in the article.
 
Yeah gruffnuts looks like I jumped the gun as I went on SSN just after 8 and the story was running we improved an offer which was edited less than an hour later!

Apologies Leeds and cheers SSN for making me look a fool!:-)
 
Awesome news supers really has made my day! Once he meets CH I'm positive he will sign.

I usually take SSN and BBC as reliable sources so make of that what you will.
