Could it be that Les Reed identified Mane when Poch was with us and then Reed has put suggested him to Koeman? I don't know what it is about Spurs but they always seem to be linked to almost every player and tend to come in on the scene quite late. A Liverpool fan I know was moaning about this last summer when they were interested in Konoplyanka.

Bryan Swanson said it when they were doing a transfer round up. Said it was edging ever closer tonight. But as with anything, they've been wrong before.

Even though J Rod will be back November time, he'll take months to trust his knee properly, get the explosiveness back etc. He won't be the player he was last year until next season, even if he can after the injury.
 
I am not convinced Jayrod will be here next summer, maybe even gone in January.

Anymore news on why he was pulled from goals on Sunday.

If Spurs do get him, then they will have to get rid of one or two tomorrow, surely. Not only are the full of forwards who aren't strikers, but they appear to be on the limit of a 25 man squad/17 non-homegrown players.
