Bits and bobs coming out now that it's Spurs who are the team closing in on him, not us.

It is almost certain , before the summer transfer window at midnight on Sunday , Sadio Mane will leave Red Bull Salzburg , which he joined after the JO2012 . According to a source close to the player , winger Lions courted a time by German clubs (Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen) and English ( Southampton and Tottenham) was in London on Thursday. His advisers are also agreed with Spurs which however are still negotiating with the Austrian club for a transfer at around 10 million.

This is the website that article quotes
Skysports seem to suggest we're the ones who are closing in on a deal for him.
If we get this guy i wonder what that tells us about jrod (same position no?)
Thats alot of money for a bit of depthIt tells us that he's injured and we need depth in that area.
When did they say that?
According to a article on that site:
We have bid â¬15m
Spurs â¬12m
But he has. â¬20m release clause.

Fair one . Fingers crossed he comes back strongEven though J Rod will be back November time, he'll take months to trust his knee properly, get the explosiveness back etc. He won't be the player he was last year until next season, even if he can after the injury.
