I wasn't asked who would be a good choice. I was asked who would be my choice. Why would I have a personal choice if I don't support southampton?

I'd be shocked if that happened, given how he actively campaigned for the job once it was available. And prior to that he'd been hinting very strongly that he wanted to move to the Premier League. He was willing to go to West Ham! I have to think that our leadership can't be any worse than WHU's, and we have a better squad that plays a more attractive brand of football and a better academy. We are a much, MUCH better fit. If he's willing to go to West Ham, he should be ecstatic about a job at Southampton.

Or else the board has really, really, really screwed up monumentally. And then I'd be very worried. But I don't think the board even in my worst view of them could mess this up. I'd have been more worried about some internal power struggle resulting in Koeman not being offered the job.

Is English not your first language? I just want to know how much more benefit of the doubt I should give you.

I think it's pretty clear they meant to ask who you think would be a good choice, if you think Koeman is a bad one.
 
Have to say, I don't think it's that odd if you are not a Saints fan to think that Krueger is a bad manager, and yet not particularly care who is picked or have an opinion. There's no contradiction there.

Not sure why you'd register on a messageboard to post that opinion though. That's rather WUM-ish.
 
Well there are a few obvious names. But I thought that ice hockey chap of yours was saying he has the same people searching for a manager that unearthed Pochettino and that there was "huge interest" in the job.

Koeman just seems a bit of a "lacking imagination" appointment thats all.

Not atall. I registered to discuss all football topics with all fans. This thread just happened to be the first to catch my eye thats all.
