He's a free agent who if fit comes in as our 2nd choice CB probably so he's worth the risk as long as his wages aren't astronomical.
I'd be happy to have Caceres, but getting a CB who will need some time to be match fit and is coming off what is often a career-altering injury is not exactly the coup of the century. I mean, he hadn't played in more than half of his team's matches since 2010/11, and that was before snapping his Achilles.
I hope you completed the questionnaire in the times last Sunday. I did and it appears that I among the top 5% or the elite of the country and am out of touch with the world. The first bit was news to me. The second bit I have known for years.I move in posh circles if there are people out there who buy plantain. In my day I got sent to the shop for turnip and offal. I didn't know it was offal at the time. It came from a butchers, so it was meat. Am I from the 50's, of course.
Plus £4k a week isn't much...
I see him coming in as an experienced player as a precaution for Maya getting injured or suspended, i'm more than comfortable with a Maya/ Stephens or Gardos partnership but not Stephens/ Gardos.
Whilst I agree with the premise of your post, I must question whether you are genuinely "more than confident about Yoshida and Stephens or )even more worrying imo) Yoshida and Gardos starting for us regularly in the premier league?
Whilst Yoshida gives me confidence the other two could be playing alongside VVD and I would still have major doubts.

Ah my mistake. I actually read your post as "confident"."comfortable" is slightly different to "confident", but yes, from what I have seen from Stephens and Gardos, they won't let us down, but I worry that a Stephen's / Gardos partnership would lack a leader.
Rather pay a guy £4k then £250k like Rooney. We have to accept that football is on another planet. What ****ing world do you live in? That is a year's pension to me.
I'm not. He will start alongside maya.I see him coming in as an experienced player as a precaution for Maya getting injured or suspended, i'm more than comfortable with a Maya/ Stephens or Gardos partnership but not Stephens/ Gardos.
I hope they can get the work permit sorted fairly quickly. They might have to appeal as I don't think he qualifies automatically.
