What about tomorrow... <3 I need some good news It's my GCSE results day and I'm bricking it, doubt I'll get any sleep.

"From what I hear NC has given Bologna until tomorrow to sort out finances or forget £11.8m deal for Ramirez. Deadline extended. #saintsfc" Not sure what annoys me more the time it's taken to make this deal or Nicola "extending a deadline" he can't do that! It ruins his Mafia image. :(

Oh I am getting results tomorrow as well. NC is clued up enough to know how to play this.

The problem with this transfer is us fans who read into every little detail as a massive turning point. If no one comments on this forum again until after deadline day, we will all be fine and live happily ever after.

But you don't have any logic behind it? Other than "it's been off and on" which is bullshit and "it's too complicated" which is also bullshit.

Alright mate, calm down. I base it on the following:
1. His agent has said it is off
2. The problem doesnt lie with a transfer fee but with how its payed and something to do with them not being happy with a bank (Ill admit I don't fully understand that)
3. I imagine Cortese to be very stubborn
4. Italian transfers are never easy, usually a third party or co-ownership involved.
5. Call it a gut feeling

I felt the need to make an account because you all seem to think there is a chance we will still sign Ramirez. Don't mean to be a pessimist but he will not be joining us. It's gone on far too long now and we should forget about him and move on.

Welcome to the forum, we're all ****s!

Alright mate, calm down. I base it on the following:
1. His agent has said it is off - Which it is in his interest to say it is, in order to push through a deal.
2. The problem doesnt lie with a transfer fee but with how its payed and something to do with them not being happy with a bank (Ill admit I don't fully understand that) - Don't make judgements on things you don't understand.
3. I imagine Cortese to be very stubborn - He may be but he is reported to extend the deadline and will do what he feels is best for SFC.
4. Italian transfers are never easy, usually a third party or co-ownership involved. - Very stereotypical.
5. Call it a gut feeling - Has your gut had a successful past?

My opinion.

I can't calm down, it's amazing I'm even forming coherent sentences by pounding the keyboard with rage.

1. And could very possibly have an ulterior motive.
2. Which is an issue that can easily be worked over so is far from definitive in the deal breaking down.
3. This actually helps the argument that he's playing Bologna hard?
4. That issue has been resolved and has no relevance to this deal.

So the only point which can't actually be disproved in any way is 5, call it a gut feeling. So you joined a forum to tell everyone you're right and they're wrong on the basis of a gut feeling?
