Let it go guys. It looks like this deal is dead and buried. I know some people have drawn strong ties and close connections, but... he's gone. He ain't coming back.
I think most Saints fans are feeling a little strange with the start of the season. For me it feels like the season hasn't started yet and Man City was just a pre-season friendly (especially with virtually all of the Saints fans writing the the team off).
It's gonna be a feeling or nerves and excitement on Saturday - which should be jubilation if (go on when) we beat Wigan.
