I'm gonna say we were never interested to begin with and it's all a smokescreen for Craig Mackail-Smith
A lot of hype about our potential signing of Uruguay international Gaston Ramirez, but is there a chance that IF we do manage to secure his signing it won't be as great business as we are hoping. There has been a long list of South Americans who are ridiculously talented, but for whatever reason fail to settle in England. Is there a chance Ramirez could join this list if he joins. Additional point i'd like to make is would he be coming here for the right reasons, or merely using us as a stepping stone? Opinions guys..

Thought that thread was about the possible transfer, not about the players ability or his potential to perform for Saints. As i've said before if you have a problem with a thread, don't comment on it.
