I thought that, Postiga and Almeida looked very poor. Wonder why the Portugal coach didn't use him that much.
 
Nixon seems very, very convinced it's all well... says nobody our end is panicking and that it's all a big media circus. It is only one guy saying this, and we all know how much he loves attention, but he does seem very confident.

Indeed he does. I guess only time will tell. But in a time when the majority of reports seem to be indicating it is off, or has stalled, he is going against the flow and sticking to his guns. Says he doesn't think it will go until deadline day and Cortese knows what he is doing and Bologna are trying to buy time and appease fans with this big media circus. Nixon says we are only hearing negative things on the whole because that is what Bologna are leaking, and Saints have not leaked anything properly to the media. (apart from the source at SFC who tells him it's all calm and no panic, they're confident)

Well you can see what he means. It's strange how it's been 99% Italian sources through this whole transfer saga. Shows Bologna are leaking far more than we are.
