There's literally nothing strenuous about a medical exam.

Some clubs have players do work outs etc with their medicals. He would still be tired from the game. I am not ruling it out but, it would make sense to give him a day off as well.

Didn't the Italian media also publish articles with apparent quotes from Taider saying how he wasn't interested in Saints and how he wanted to stay at Inter. Plus, we all know how generally unreliable the Italian sports media are...
