It seems very likely that PSV prefers to sell Gakpo instead of Sangaré. If that happens, there will be a 'no' to Chelsea.
Sangare also signed a new deal this window didn’t he? Can’t imagine PSV would want to sell him so soon after for the precedent it sets

The Times edited their original article this evening that they put out at 5pm today to say that "Southampton have agreed a fee of about £34 million for Gakpo". Might not mean much if PSV decide not to sell in the end!

Leeds or still Southampton for Gakpo? Still no white smoke to be seen here. PSV now wants to get more than 40 million euros out of it. See if the club succeeds.
I mean, perfect position for PSV. They've got one bidder at £34m/€39m already, now another has come on the scene and both interested parties only have 24 hours to conclude a deal. They've no incentive to wrap this up too quickly.
