I do find myself wanting to call in more often when he's on. I think he's one of the worst for regurgitating media BS. Andy Gray could've written his thoughts on zonal. I read Greavsie's been touring with Gazza and a fine show it's been.
I haven't seen or heard anything of the saint since they were on telly. Tbh, I thought their pomposity was more a sort of tongue-in-cheek buffoonery than the drivel Andy Gray spouts. I think I prefer to remember St. and Greavsie for the players they were.
Greaves was the buffoon.The Saint can be objective but he tells it as it is,even though he is sometimes wrong.He sometimes admits as much.However there is two things to consider.Nobody is perfect and he doesn't unlike Andy Gray cream over the team thats top of the league.However there is an exception to that,he never creamed over his least favourite club which is Liverpool when they are top of the league.His Everton bias sees to that.Greaves is cringeworthy.He's the only ex footballer that could compete with George Best in a drinking contest.
