Walcott could do a job as an inside forward (like Pedro or Sanchez).

But if Wenger can't teach him to think then who can?

Saying that he is statistically very effective - imagine what he could be like.

I think Walcott would have been useful last night.

I'd be happy with Walcott - he is still young and doesn't often miss when he goes through one on one, would be wasted too wide though as he is currently with the gooners

Wenger always said he saw Walcott as a striker, but kept him out wide, probably because of Van Persie.

I'd lke to see him as our striker.

  14. He is a shocking finisher. Like with his crossing, if he gets time to think he completely fluffs his lines. When he does get time to think he snatches at the ball. The 'athlete in football boots' is very fitting IMO <ok>

I have no doubt you would pay to see by balls...<whistle>

I know there is more to stats, but if Walcott produced similar stats to last season then I'd be happy. But we also said the same about Downing, which is why there is more to stats. <ok>

Well Sahin is a Liverpool player - he is fantastic. He got injured and did not get a good run for us but we recognise his talent. This is why we would not let him go on a permanent deal. he will be amongst the best CM in the English league. Shame he didn't go to Arsenal as they are my favourite English team (sorry!), but I am glad we keep him in our squad for next year. he will be a starter for us.

I doubt it, where will he fit when you will have two identical players in Modric and Alonso?
