I think the inclusion of Louis Saha to the Spurs strike force is going to make an immense difference to our goal scoring ability.,
How good will he be in this team ?.
I've heard it said that, when fit, he is better then VDV if played in a similar role, What do you yhink ?
As a out and out striker he looks to be better suited to this current line-up them Defoe., Your views.

Exellent game today., COYS.

He's an excellent option in some games, he wants to play and he'll put in a bit of work, too.
A fit van der Vaart will probably keep him out of the side, though.
They could even play together, if Adebayor needs a rest.

We all knew one thing...if he is fit then we have got ourselves a great finisher...just what we needed..someone to bang away some of the many chances we make...another masterstroke by HR...reminds me of when United brought in Henrik Larsonn

{Just thought I'd draft a template apology letter which half of our posters- myself included- can print off, sign, and send in to the club mailbox}

I hereby apologise for my post-transfer window rants regarding the signing of Mr "Past-it" Saha.

In my short-sighted haste, I was unable to envision how Louis would, could or should be our January 'super signing'.

I now find myself both speechless and hatless, the latter having been consumed with some humble pie purchased earlier today in Chelsea.

It is now more abundantly clear than ever why Harry is being touted for the England job, and not me....

Forgive me father, for I have sinned.

Yours Sincerely,

...........................

Who was the Mouser who said that Carroll would score more goals than Saha would actually play <laugh>

God! If he has a brain, he'll be feeling pretty stupid right now!

Saha looked fit and sharp and his immediate link up with Ade bodes very well indeed. Especially the increased aerial threat will make a big difference.

Just realised that Benny actually has more goals than Torres in the PL this season and I think as many as Carroll. Maybe the Chavs would be interested for £50m????

I wouldn't sell Benny for all the money in the world...

<smooch>

Isn't it nice proving the critics wrong:

Spurs won't develop WHL - proven wrong
Modric will go to Fulham - proven wrong
Redknapp will be found guilty - proven wrong
Spurs won't make top 4 - being proven wrong
Saha is a waste of money - proven wrong
Adebayor won't fit, is lazy in and won't score - proven wrong

Feel free to add to the above.

Carroll isn't a donkey - wrong
Suarez isn't racist - wrong
There is not such thing as a North London Power-Shift - wrong
Queen Kenny will work miracles and save LFC - wrong
JT will be acquitted of racist charges - ?

Van Persie will still be at arsenal come next august...

I had a feeling Saha would work. Harry is no fool (unless it comes to english or math) but Saha is the type of player we needed to get the goals in. Ok he is not the glamourous name we were aiming for but he was certainly cheep!... He will do until we get that glamourous player..
