thanks ads. We may never see the absolute glory years again, but the Town could still be a decent premiership club at the very least in the next few years.
We got some way to go to reach those heady heights again. But to get back to the promised land and at least cement ourselves there will do me and get rid of this unenviable record of being in the championship longer than any other team.
Agreed but I think I'm right in saying that would require something like 15-20 results all to go against us with bottom teams beating top half sides in each of those games. When I get home I might see if I can post a list of the full scenario Welcome Irish.. what did you make of the Thatcher thing then?
Thanks Johnny, know your one of the stalwarts on this site and a big fan of Mick and what he has done for the Town.
I think we are all really big fans of Super Mick after what he has achieved since November. The best thing ME ever did was to appoint him and TC. Next season will be play-offs minimum
I take it that you watched your first Town game in 1973 then Irish? Who was your favourite player from that era?
All Hail Mick⦠14 clean sheets in his 31 games 1.61 points per game 50 points from 93 Form since he took over is a play-off place 5 points adrift when he took over, now 1 point required from last 2 games for safety
Forgot to buy a ticket yesterday. Checking my numbers this morning was one hell of an adrenaline rush!
