It's not having games to mither about til after Xmas is going to be difficult, but think the club's made the right decision just hope we don't suffer at the hands of the EFL.
It has happened in Scotland. Kilmarnock and I think St Mirren both postponed games and following investigation had been found to have breached protocols and the three points were given to opponents. Think the players may have been sharing lifts for example. Its mad, mad times.
Knowing the EFL it will be 2024 we are halfway through our first premiership season and they will dock us 40 points and demote us to league 2Apparently the EFL are investigating earlier postponement in the season and have not concluded. Dont expect a quick resolution.
We win the league by a point and then we are docked just enough points to drop us out of the play offs......Apparently the EFL are investigating earlier postponement in the season and have not concluded. Dont expect a quick resolution.
Oh yes. Linda Block (Alison King).Sounds like an episode of dream team that was on sky years ago!
Seemingly the EFL, today, advised that SAFC wouldn’t have faced any punishment. Shows the EFL for the arseholes they are if they can somehow make that decision 24 hours after they couldn’t make it!! Bunch of ****ing amateurs.

It is interesting to read that, it appears Kilmarnock, as a club, didn't observe the league covid rules such as seating arrangements on the coach and pre match meals.
I wonder whether the same sanctions can be applied against a club if players put themselves at risk or contract covid when they are not on club duty.
Celtic and Aberdeen got £30,000 fines, with £22,000 being suspended after their players broke restriction rules. Aberdeen had eight go clubbing and Boli from Celtic flew to Spain. I think Kilmarnock got a heavier slap as it was the club that had failed to adhere to the protocols whereas Aberdeen and Celtic had stuck to them, it was their players being bellends that caused the issue.
Have to admit to being a bit surprised that only a handful of clubs have been affected up to now. Hope it stays that way but I think that's a long shot.
Reeks of penny pinching a bit, like getting served yer pie and chips in a cardboard box with wooden forks. Del boy Donald. fcuking furious.Just hope the clubs Covid protocol is robust enough
Seems strange that a large delivery of PPE/sanatiser Was delivered to AOL yesterday and only one bus for games
I wonder how many seater the bus is? It looks massive.Just hope the clubs Covid protocol is robust enough

See POMO on loads of posts. What does it mean?Aside from the health issues, from a football perspective, this gives Johnson 3 weeks to pass on to the players via zoom or teams exactly what he wants from the squad.
It also gives us time to recruit backroom staff etc in preparation for the second half of the season.
Sure, we'll be playing catch up, but but everyone will be more on the same page and getting in the POMO all the time!!!!
I agree with you, with this new variant of covid, it looks like clubs outside the Premier League will struggle to get the season doneYep
honestly I think this season is going to be annulled
