Gordon's in stealth mode, he's watching our every move. Bri and him fell out over a comment which was a misunderstanding and I think Gordon thinks Bri's gonna hound him around the board, I don't think it's the case, Bri just wants to chat with him personally, hombre to hombre, over a beer or something.
I genuinely believe Smug has retired from here now, he may still read but from what I gather I think he's had enough of the drama... life's too short to be permanently immersed in that ****. Most have us have been together on here for a good number of years now. None of us are perfect, and many have opened up their own personal struggles and issues on here which should have been a massive positive. However, when these personal issues are used as ammunition when disagreements occur, then it is not only out of order, but in my opinion a betrayal of the trust we have put in one another.
I too will not take sides on this as I firmly believe that no one can claim any moral high ground.
Anyway, that's my take on this...

Once personal lives started being used against people the forum was ****ed for me.
Horrible, horrible thing to do, ruined the trust, broke what I saw as friends in a cosy little community and turned it into just trolls and potential trolls on an internet forum.

I've got a pretty good idea, different method and different reasons but I know exactly what it's like to step over that line and attempt it. And the **** storm it creates.
I know you've had experiences which have messed you up for life. I understand it, I don't need the details to do that nor is it for me to pry. I don't bury my head over mental health. Hope you're well fella. I don't like a lot of the stuff you say, but I understand why which is why you never ever have me on your case when you see some of the ridiculous things you say and some of the low blows you deliver. So with that in mind, I'd appreciate it if you kept your ****ing nose out of this exchange with Com. You say you like both of us? Poor Cardew hasn't been back since two posters devalued to the photo thread in the worst possible way by using his lady by name as amunition against him.
Yes I'm guilty of lashing out back, I know I'm not perfect and I know I've been out of order. But I've won't stoop to certain levels. I certainly draw the line at bringing loved ones into arguments but some people are really that despicable.
I didn't know that about Cardew, I always though he was a decent enough poster..
It really is a shame when things get personal and trusts are betrayed and I really hope this thread the effect of getting people who do this to have a good think about what they are doing..
Well it's no secret I don't like Pardew, He's a WUM, an excellent one at that. But the line was so far crossed for me it was unreal. I'm with Disco, it ruined this forum for me
I wish he would come back, I'd happily clear the slate after the **** he took. But don't blame him.
