Every team needs a goal scorer mate, you lot have won less games than any other team in the league, yours are obviously letting you down. There's only one solution and with the money being chucked around in this league, you can't afford to take another chance on a striker who's not proven.

Absolutely. I said on the original Defoe thread that he would be an exceptional signing and he would keep us in the Premier League. Surprised by some of our good posters saying they would rather have Altidore and insinuating that there's not much difference between the two

 

The guy who pulls that deal off will have earned his wages for sure.
