Yeah definitely! Inter haven't done nothing since Mourinho left and last season finished mid table and after a good start this season, are beginning to fall away and out of form again. Centre midfield is their weak spot now as Cambiasso really is in his twilight years. Banega is a holding midfielder but also has the ability to be box-to-box, exactly what Inter need. We would definitely be able to pay bigger wages than Inter. We also have a cup final and a better league to ply his trade on offer. We would probably have to pay about 12-15m to secure his services as this time next year, Banega will be able to sign a pre-contract with another club and move to them for nothing in the summer time.
