cant see why he doesn't bring SKP in and put PP as his assistant, with a bit of luck PP would FO in disgust

Better the devil you know. If PP goes, surely it will be Hill or Cotton who gets the job. SD has a track record of giving plum jobs to his pals and I wouldn't put it past him to do the same again.

Personally I want a hard bastard to get the job and clear out the troublemakers who are causing trouble in the dressing room. Someone who takes no **** and would be willing to knock some heads together if necessary. The likes of Pulis, Warnock or Keano spring to mind...

Sorry but any half decent manager would have this squad in the top 6 atleast, the league is piss poor. We were 6th before he came in
How would any "half decent manager" (please give me a name or 2) have this squad top 6? A striker who can't score and a team which doesn't create enough. We didn't create enough or score enough under Ross - nothing has changed under Parkinson so I just don't see this "a decent manager" comment making any sense. Also like to know who the decent managers you talk about may be. If none wanted to come here, what could we do?

Like I've said several times, people seem to think that "half decent managers" are like wizards or magical fairies who can change what is happening with a team just by turning up. Of course a change in manager can make a slight difference to a team, but bringing in Pep Guardiola, Alex Ferguson, or reanimating Rinus Michels isn't going to get our current team promoted.

I'm fed up to the teeth with the situation we're in now but i am prepared to give Parky the next window and see if there's any improvement.
I'm swayed to Parky slightly after this Mcgreedy incident and although only a draw against Blackpool the signs of a more ,,
For want of better words, determined and stable team we seemed to be with him gone.

I didn't want him in the first place but if Ross has been letting certain players get away with murder under a relaxed atmosphere and Parky is prepared to crack the whip and weedle out troublemakers to build a strong team spirit I'm prepared to wait and see for the next few months.

We aren't going to get automatic promotion but i hope for us to get in the play offs and i could actually see us winning it this time.

I know, am a fookin dreamer .
