They're mostly old though and only have a few years left to manage, so they jump at the chance of getting a quick job which a huge pay off. Look at Woy at Watford - do a job for 5 months and leave with a multi million pound pay off, same with Fat Sam at West Brom. They'd be stupid not to take jobs like these.
