You're missing the point completely with Monty and Watmore. There's long running in joke on Monty and Watmore. Dig deeper, you'll see him talking about things like signing Bale on loan and playing him up front with Watmore . Got to the point he was ridiculed every time he mentioned Watmore mostly because it was coming hand in hand with total lunacy. Doesn't mention him much these days which is strange. He's a tonic is our Monty You've also got to consider Monty wanted him in the team when he blatantly wasn't ready. He need that growth spurt to give him a chance to hold his own.
