I don't very often bring up bob except in response to someone else, I believe tonight that person was you.
That's fair enough, tbf I wasn't specifically referring to you ... ... but my point stands about people quoting a poster who's not even on this forum.
Could you say when you got this update? If its in the last few days and its encouraging, hopefully it shouldn't be too long before there's some kind of announcement
It was just a 'ktf' message frrom someone who has a vested interest in it going through, last few days.
Hold on a second there marra, don't be trying to twist what I said. What I said was Sunderland wouldn't go into administration if he pulled the plug. FPP would get it first..This was in response to you specifically stating that we would go into admin if he stopped funding us. I've said numerous times that the only way any shortfall in income is covered has to be by the owners as it can't come from anywhere else. It's not like they have anything left to offer as assets to offer as security for more loans. And we haven't got any decent youth players to sell as the owners have already done that, which suggests to me just how much they want to/are able to fund us. If you had used Wigan as an example of a club that would go into administration due to owners pulling the plug, you'd have been bang on. But you didn't.
Sandy believes SD is an outcast and the club could run and fund itself without him. I believe that without the crowds we are very much dependable on SDs money, and he will be the reason the wages get paid on a weekly basis. Sandy believes football clubs are a profitable business without the need for owners money. I believe that's not the case.
This is a step further than trying to twist what I've said like and it's blatantly making **** up. I never said any of that. I've not once got involved in the Don being an outcast debate. And to repeat myself, I was saying you were wrong when you specifically stated Sunderland would go into administration if Don pulled the plug. We wouldn't as FPP get there first. Which part of that are you struggling with so badly?
Bob asking at the other place why 37 million keeps getting mentioned. Here it is https://rokerreport.sbnation.com/20...ewart-donald-co-met-safc-fan-groups-yesterday
Just saw that. Bizarre Donald said so himself on Radio Newcastle interview. My old grandad used to say "some blokes just open their mouths and let the wind blow their tongue around"
Confirmation from the government this morning that plans for fans back in sports grounds from October 1st 'paused'. No surprise but another dent in the coffers for Donald as still no additional revenue from drink/food sales.
