You've not been changing what you're saying, it's just Bob that has. I just mean that I think a lot of the grief you get is because of how certain you sound about your info, and that's the same with Bob, he's sounding very certain even though, in his case, he's gone from investment, to full takeover and back again.
Exactly. I sound certain as I am. There’s nothing going on. Bob (who ever he is), is partially right. SD is trying to find investment as that’s the only thing that will allow him to stay at the club. He still has some of the FPP money left, but that’s not going to last long, and then he has to pay it back or lose everything. A few People on here don’t like to have their dreams shattered as that’s all they have to hang onto... a takeover! It will happen but not yet. SD has caused all this hysteria to either buy himself time till the window closes and we hopefully have started the season we’ll or to try and flush out a real investor. But as I’ve always said, no ones paying £37m for a league onE team with the money needed on top of that to change us around
I disagree about donald doing it to buy time mind. There was pressure but he was in Oxford, not coming up here, no matches, no fans when matches start, and he is as desperate to go up this season as we are so will have been keen to do as much in the transfer market as he could. I think the backlash if another proposed takeover falls through will be greater than if he simply never said anything in the first place, and it'll be occurring just when fans start going again. You must have an incredibly good source to be certain mind, I've heard different things from people I trust completely so I'm amazed if anyone can be too certain. Stewart donald probably isn't even certain what's going to happen!

I don't understand what's meant by 'buying time', it doesn't make the least bit of sense. People suggest Ashley convinced someone to hand over £17m 'to keep the fans off his back'. How can people believe owners would dream up all this nonsense, it's ludicrous.
Not sure why Barnes has been ‘fed a line’ about a takeover which Barnes is confident about while others who have been ‘fed lines’ are confident of the lines they’ve been fed. Or why ‘Only Donald knows‘ but he says he knows, or why @Prehab26 confidently said talks are ongoing yesterday about a takeover and there is implication nowt is happening. Bob obviously is getting info from Rodwell But Rodwells job is probably at risk. What is certain is if Bob is right and Donald stays in charge the club are in deep ****e. I for one ain’t going back and spending money if he has any power or control. I think he is underestimating this strength of feeling.

When they had the fans meeting they implied that fans would come back. My instinct is they’ll lose something like 10 -15k fans if Donald stays. That would lead to a significant loss of income
I'd say that they'd also lose a fair few safcee subscriptions as well as people looked for dodgy streams etc. Merchandise sales would drop off as well.
I am confident about my information. If it turns out to be false I will hold my hands up, but if that is the case this will be the most elaborate, and certainly the most pointless, information stream going. Its coming from the top. It also serves no one. At this moment in time. I am still confident that we will get a positive outcome. My post count is very low and there is a reason for this. I was posting heavy and to be honest, the amount of crap i was getting/having to justify wasn't doing me no good at all. Feel a lot better for keeping it little and often. You seem so certain nothing is happening but have named no source for this. A respected journalist has gone on record to say that things are happening and put his reputation on the line but you believe you know better. A journalist would not go on record without checking information received unless they were sure that it checks out. Have you done the same or have you just heard your info down at the dog and duck
