Out of interest why will O'Brien be pivotal to any deal involving FPP? Which O'Brien is it? Is it the 34 year old Nathan O'Brien?
Didn’t Nick Barnes say that things were to be ratified by the EFL? Genuine question, if it was just a share redistribution would the EFL need to ratify it when it’s people they’ve already signed off as being “fit and proper”? I would have thought they only need to sign things off if someone new was getting involved.
If this O'Brien is involved then it would still need to. My scepticism with the O'Brien "news" is that it would mean Magnus' share distribution was wrong. And I'm trusting Magnus over a random whatsapp message between 2 people that nobody knows.
As seen some people saying I’m making stuff up on the other forum because I mentioned O’Brien, but I mentioned him in my first post when I posted who I got told was involved
If it was the same company (madrox) and just existing shareholders who have already been approved then I wouldn't think the EFL would need to do anything, unless there's some random completely dotting the i's and crossing the t's paperwork
You will eventually. Loved growing up there in the early sixties early seventies. Not so sure now as I only visit to see my old Mam.
I'm absolutely NOT occusing you of lying or being misleading etc - want to get that out of the way first. This is a genuine question about the situation rather than questioning you. But if you believe O'Brien is involved, firstly do you know which O'Brien? Secondly what does this mean for the share distribution you posted a few weeks back? Clearly things have changed from that?
Ha our messages crossed, that's funny. I'm wondering what you think this means for the share distribution?
there are far to many people claiming ITK status with contradicting stories. Its like someone is trying to flush out the mole. FWIW I know nowt other than I'm hungry its not bait time yet, we haven't been taken over, but we might be soon...oh and my new company car will be a Kia E Niro so I am doing my bit for the polar bears
"Refresh"....used to be a favourite word of mine within the English language. Fcuking hate the cnut now.
People are being far to demanding when it's just a bit of crack, unless we were the people involved in the deal we will all be getting told stuff by some else, the main thing is mate everyone who's said something has said it in good faith and not intended to be a dick. That's all we should expect.
I used to love refreshers mate, then tried making a fruity drink with them by dissolving them in water. uuuurrgh!!!
Yep, from people I know personally and trust I've heard about Mickey Gray having a bid in (quite a while ago, that talk seems to have gone quiet now). I've heard it's nearly done and will be Fuhrman and Sartori, maybe with Methven. I've heard nothing is close and it's all misinformation and the the most likely would be all of FPP down the line. Then there's other people who have PMd me who I don't know personally but who would have no reason to lie, and some have backed up both of the last two. So nowts happening, somethings happening, it's Fuhrman, it's FPP, it's neither, it'll be signed off by Saturday, it won't happen. And like I say this is from people who I completely trust not to make things up. Definitely conflicting information coming out. Being of a positive mind I'm hoping this is to muddy the waters because I know FPP weren't happy at how much leaked last time. If people who get information are all saying different things, no one will take any of it too seriously and they can crack on without much scrutiny. That's how I'm choosing to see it!
Absolutely. I completely trust Magnus as he's been transparent throughout.. He did mention O'Brien back in late July, as somebody who may take over the FPP loan. My only question just now was that a couple of weeks later O'Brien wasn't included in his list of share distribution. So my fear now is that the share distribution was right, as was the idea that O'Brien may take on the FPP loan, and so actually Fuhrman's only involvement is to sell FPP's share to O'Brien - leaving the 74% with O'Brien rather than Fuhrman, with the rest of the allocation being right. This would potentially tally with all the "ITK" knowledge, including even NQD.
