Yes, I wasnt sure why he said he was going to PM me like. Not sure if it was to try and clarify what he was going on about (which he could have just done on the main board) or whether I was going to get a load of abuse. I haven't heard from him either way and that's fine by me

to me it means SD and most of his cronies are out on thier arses, and O'Brien has been installed at the behest of the buyers

would expect Kevin to be installed as Scout, or assistant manager, or a role in that vein with more appointments to be made as soon as the sale confirmed, they must be beavering away, before the start of the new season to install who they want with footballing brains, would also expect a change of manager to a household name.

If I was changing the gaffer it would be the Cowleys, I wouldn’t even contemplate anyone else.

Would love it for him to be installed as A/M to Nigel Pearson. I don’t want to be getting too excited but I can’t stop myself

Will you lads just stop it with all these positive thoughts.
we've been down this cul-de -sac before without a happy ending.
let's just all wait until the club makes an announcement whichever way that ends up.

Getting excited at my age isn't good for me.
    A stiffy..... What's that<laugh>
My mother in law would be nearly 110 if she was still alive to stop me coming in from the garden.

    It's absolute nonsense mate.

I've learned that SMB, in general, has no interest in the truth or any logic. People's minds are set in stone and they simply act up to the characters they've created.

People so desperately want to be a character that they lose their own, which is quite sad. Why would I want to engage with some weird fabricated persona when there are proper supporters with reasonable views and honest posts?

Steady decent lads, like yourself, don't reach their 'standards' of hysterical absurdity so your posts are often ignored.

They prefer to engage with each other and lunatics with 'breaking news' they can only divulge to total strangers via PMs.

The forum used to be excellent and the odd weirdo was easily shot down or coaxed into a nice jacket that tied at the back.

But there's too many now and the Mods are little better, sad but it's broken and can't be fixed.

I still look at it but really don't miss it. I posted a lot of decent stuff, all forgotten ...

... what's the point when it's swamped with lunacy.

Going thru the rumours and trying to logically get my head around it.
    I know nowt so..
This is what I think, GF has split from the other two, Nick Barnes saying DD not a problem tends to suggest someone who has been thru it in the past. O 'Brien to run the day to day of the club, MIcky Gray as the ex-player seen to be 'the face' There you go...pick holes in it if ya like.

They'd be the one's for me too. I know how committed and determined they are. They are ambitious but loyal too. Losing the Huddersfield job will have hurt them.

Yes, it would appear from other speculation that it could be GF. Just my thoughts anyway and not based on any actual knowledge!! Fingers crossed.
