the takeovers that don't play out in public usually ones that get done and ones that do in public mainly fail so glad this one is private hopefully stays that way

I've never previously had a problem with Madbob, but he posted at 20:25 last night saying "There is no one waiting to buy us FFS, there are loads of groups who SAY they want to buy us, but like most names pushed forward no one will pay him" Then at 8:15 this morning saying "the new NDA's that were signed have closed the stream down totally, to the point where nothing is discussed. but loads on here will not take that on board." Considering an NDA would only be put in place when there's serious interest and likely a head of terms agreement, I don't see how both those statements from a 12 hour period can be correct. I think it's safe to assume that no one has the full story, and we just need to wait and hope that something will happen

I had questioned the same thing early this morning, but he replied to yours. I have responded to loads of his posts asking him to clarify as he seemed to be contradicting himself. He never replies, so I can assume that he has me on ignore. Although why anyone would put the most intelligent poster on there on ignore, is bewildering
I think the silence on the whole thing should be seen as a positive. It also lends itself to FPP being involved in some capacity as they have always been tight lipped since they became involved.
