Spent an hour at ticket office yesterday morning to get the bairns ticket that hadn’t been sent out after a month of no response to emails At the match she used the ticket and went through, thank **** I thought. Went to use mine and it didn’t work!! Never had any problems with mine in the past. so bairn inside and me stuck outside. Steward told me to go to ticket office repeatedly, had to kick off to explain either let me in or let her out, eventually let in but was 3 or 4 turnstiles up and then had to get past the stewards who took these new rules very seriously to get back into roker end despite having my card with seat number in roker end clearly displayed. it feels like everything is a challenge, tickets sent out, ordering a strip, actually getting in and getting to my seat. Really pissed off with it now, someone with customer experience needs bringing in alongside or to replace SD as every experience is awful at the minute, I wasn’t even bothered about the score just sat fuming for most of the day
Some horror stories over the road from yesterday, cards that worked v Coventry then didn't work yesterday, sent to the ticket office and the new cards didn't work either then eventually let in and someone else is in their seats. Absolutely awful to read fans having these sorts of problems
She tried but got made redundant 3 month ago, under KLD's stewardship, just after we got promoted. There have been some strange movements behind the scenes lately. i just cant understand some of the moves.

Was talking to one of the old lads who sits next to me yesterday. He was telling me his mate takes his Grandson (the lad's dad is a mag) but he tried to contact the ticket office 5 or 6 times to get their season cards sorted. In the end the lad has decided to go with his Dad to Sid James Park instead. Complete ineptitude or apathy from the club has resulted in us losing a fan to the dark side. It's unacceptable

We need to keep all the fans we have now plus anymore that follow down the line. The beheaded ones will be stealing 'fans' left right and centre from now on with their unlimited budget. Where I live there is a shocking amount of 92 Mags, a lot are scruffy ****ers so maybe we are better off without them.
