Too late for me I’m afraid, already sucked in. Summer wouldn’t be the same without a good old takeover rumour. Keeps me entertained and I look forward to and appreciate every snippet that comes along. If it doesn’t come off, so what, I’ll just wait till next summer and get all excited again.

Having worked in Monaco I have to say its amazing how the same people live amongst each other, attend the same functions and all seem to know each other.

They move around the world together from the Bahamas, to Rio, to the F1's and on it goes. It's not surprising, they want to be amongst people like them who won't ask for selfies when they're having lunch.

And it makes business easier, their raison d'etre.

Absolutely. In a roundabout way that’s what I was driving at. When you get to the levels in business these people operate at you all know each other or will have associates who do. Communication is so much easier.
