Only really matters if Donald and Salmon pants combined share holding amounted to more than 50%...then its a different story. But it has to be said, the club have not been very forthcoming about this which is not good.
If I owned 41% of something, I would not be putting cash in unless it was matched by the rest. In the case of at least two of the others this won't be much. Certainly this is not a controlling interest if true, though I'm assuming that Sartori's 20%(?) is aligned with KLD. Not what I thought certainly, although the detail was always sketchy.
Also it depends how the voting shares are distributed. If Sartori doesn't have any, which would explain his general lack of involvement, then KLD has his controlling interest. It would also explain the distribution numbers. 100 minus twenty leaves eighty, forty one percent is the magic number.
Will take some getting the fans on side if this is true. If not directly said it was imploed he had a minimum of 51%! This coming out will destroy any trust.
Yet everytime people questioned it on here they were shot down and deemed a ‘doom-monger’ We are an absolute farce from top to bottom.
I like KLD. And clearly things have changed for the good so to an extent who gives a ****. But it’s hard to argue that the fans haven’t been misled here.
Hate to say it but in recent weeks all the doom merchants on social media have been proved right on a lot of things. This is so disappointing

However if the 3 conmen group together kld is ****ed as they can probably veto any decisions. having anyone on the board that is involved with Donald is telling me that donald still has influence despite him not being named as a director. The whole thing ****ing stinks for me and theyve been VERY economical with the truth - I was told something by a long standing employee towards the end of the last year that not much had changed and it was "soulless". I realise now what I was being told - that **** all had changed with this "fakeover".
Very true. Sartori relinquished his voting shares when running for government in Uruguay. There was nothing to say he got this back. In which case, he owns 51.25% of the voting shares. Meaning it’s all bullocks in reality

As long as he's got Sartori 'onside' it won't be a problem . . . . so maybe this is a mountain out of a molehill job Did Kyril actually say that he owned 51% ? Am I clutching at straws ?
When first mooted wasn't it thought to be a joint takeover by a new company consisting of KLD & Sartori with 60% until it was changed to KLD major shareholder so presumably still some tie up between them two just not as formal as first supposed.
