Any chance someone could give me an update on what's going on?

I've been ultra busy today, watched our game and just sat down and opened lager.

Trevor Ford was also a cricketer for Glamorgan
When Gary Sobers scored 6 x 6s in one over in 1968 Fordie was fielding as 12th man

Buzzing with that result today. Cracking to see a manager set a team up to go for the throat after going a goal ahead. Lots of positives. I'd expand more but I went to the shop for beers to celebrate and I'm a little wobbly. Haway the f'in lads!

He was also by all accounts the twat who shopped us to the football league which resulted in our suspension and fines which in turn resulted in our first ever relegation

If we keep get results like yesterday, I don't really give a toss about the takeover one way or another.

It feels nice to say that.

Nothing confirmed but it's all very quiet.

The latest message was 'money is being shifted aroound' which could mean anything, which is why I didn't bother posting it.

After yesterdays result the waiting got a little easier.

Yes the results was brilliant yesterday.

The actual approach to the game today and last Tuesday night is even more important.

We look like we may get caught on a counter attack because we have so many players attacking the penalty box and final third, there seems to be an arrogance being slowly instilled that we are better than the opposition, and if we work as hard as them we will win. To me it feels a little like Reids - Sol promotion team where there were times when we would be playing 1v1 2v2 at the back simply because we were going for the win and not being content to sit in and defend what we have and nick a goal.

I am so hoping that this all points towards the other mini hints we’ve had that the agreed deal is being slightly renegotiated in a positive sense for us - ie more for KLD than previously.

It’s interesting that the rumours of a third person involved seem to have dropped off the face of the earth.

either way - 4-0 win yesterday and a brilliant performance. Play like that every game for the rest of eternity and the takeover can take as long as it wants!

I was going to post this a couple of weeks ago when there were some stories being post re Shack. My dad said that Shack didn't take very well to Trevor Ford and would deliberately overhit passes or fire more difficult passes to him to make it harder for him to control the ball, on the occasions he couldn't, Shack would stand with his arms in the air as if to say well there's your superstar player for you, he can't even control the ball.
