And there was me thinking that all that fist pumping, flag waving and U-S-A chanting came from a sense of national pride
 
I've seen the coverage of Justin Rose's interview. Honest, fair and conciliatory What about Bryson de Shambles? Did he ever apologise for his bad sportsmanship or his caddy's stupid attempt to walk across the green while Rose was lining up his putt? It shouldn't have to be for an American commentator to condemn the behaviour of the American spectators while the millionaires sulk and whine. Would the players themselves step up and do what is right
He was quite a poor winner after getting the half against Fitzpatrick. More understandable in the circumstances but still poor. The bloke was widely considered a complete **** by players and fans so he spent a lot of time and money on PR. Deep down though he is just a lout yokel who can swing a custom-made golf club very well.
