Been playing a long time 24 years but once a week and working away - last two years spent a fortune on lessons and gear and able to play and practise twice or more a week handicap from 16 to 12 now and I’m 64! So very pleased wished I’d spent the time and had lessons years ago
Go for it if you can - one lesson on its own us a waste of time ️‍♀️

I'm really enjoying it, lessons weekly and out on the course once or twice a week. It's just so frustrating haha! Also playing on a actual course is so so so much harder then hitting at the range. I come of the range thinking I'm a PGA pro and come of the course thinking Ive got a promising career digging holes and hunting down wildlife in trees :)

Before I did my rotator I got down to 14 - due to my shoulder, my game never got close to that ever again. I got sick of the aches and pains and eventually sold up and jacked it in. I couldn't sell my trusty old 'flashing sword' Ping putter tho.

It's actually helped with me back, I feel a lot more loosened up. But saying that, I really felt it the first couple of times I went

Mark Pejic I believe is their co commentator and he has hit the nail on the head, not bad til they get in the final third and there is a lack of understanding, lack of movement and lack of partnerships.. hmm who'd have thought

I'd say it's the same at both ends really

Each designated captain decides on the amount of picks they have on their announcement. STRICKER for the Americans decided to have six qualify and leave himself with 6 picks, Harrington on the other hand didn't fancy that so went for 9 qualifiers with 3 picks, I suspect he is kind of rueing that decision now, but coming into this Fleetwood, Westy, Poulter, McIlroy (despite him actually winning an event he was poor in the others) even Fitzpatrick were showing no form whatsoever, Poulters record recently in the cup managed to give him the nod over Rose, who himself prior to the last couple of qualifying tournaments had shown nothing and was on a downward trend. The yanks on the other hand have all been showing great form, so what you saw yesterday was the yanks playing how they have recently, similarly the Europeans. They need a seismic shift to get back on track here, but the yanks are young and hungry, can't see us doing much better today sadly.
I don't understand why they'd not go for the maximum number of picks? The captain then still has the option of picking qualifiers or not?

Well tbh he could have picked the in form players but relied on previous ryder Cup experience and history with Poulter

I'm sure you know this but stretching properly before a full swing let alone hitting a ball is crucial. I'm lazy with this but am trying to force myself to stretch and gradually warm up for at least 5-10 minutes before hitting. Also a full warm up hitting means the first 3 or 4 holes aren't your warm up when anything can happen! It's a difficult enough game anyway.

Absolutely , sometimes I’ve lost 6-7 shots after 4 holes or so leaves me with too few for the other 13-14 holes!!

Can Europe retain it? Answers on the back of a 2nd class stamp, please.
USA 19-9 Europe.
Thats a tonking......

We're getting torn one.... McIlroy is playing like someone outside the top 50... even Rahm is 4 down after 5...!!!

All this bowlocks about the course being set up for the USA players.... since when did you watch the US tour and see them play a course like this...
