Well whatever the percentage is will be knocked off what they pay for him. If it's 10% they'll pay 9m instead of 10m, for example. Don't know how the first refusal works though, unless it's at a fixed price. If Liverpool offer £12m and it's accepted, is the player then offered to MU at the same price? It seems a bit tricky, especially with personal terms thrown into the mix.
