Britton is on a 3 year contract, so can't sell him if nobody comes in for him, he had a good game for us yesterday, as for gower ain't seen him this season yet, not quite sure if he played for the reserves against utd, the article has been removed from the club site.
"would rather loaned and sold brittain or gower, strange days indeed" Britton was immense yesterday to be honest!! I didn't particuarly want him to start, but he really played his part. Gower never played for the reserves, then again, listening to the commentary Tuesday night, he didn't really play against Shrewsbury.......

I don't think it would have been fair on the player to have loaned him. He came here hoping to play but didn't. So it's only fair that he gets to move to another club and settle down.
