Looks like a cracking game and Braga were unlucky not to get something out of it. Have to say that RvW looks pretty decent - could easily have had fours but for the width of the crossbar and a decent save by the Braga keeper.

IF this is the sign of things to come then he looks like he could prove to be an utter steal. The lad seems to have decent pace, movement and an eye for goal and can head a ball.

Sad thing is that if he does really well for us you can see him being off to higher-paying climes pretty quickly although at least we'll have had the pleasure of his company for a while and a huge cheque to bank as consolation!

I think we'll have speculation about him moving on from very early on, it wouldn't even surprise me if we see some paper-talk before he's even kicked a ball in Yellow & Green. But, assuming he's not an expensive flop (fingers crossed), we'll have the delight of watching him play for at least half a season. If the crowd take him to heart, and he's enjoying his football here, who knows? But if he does move on, we'll have a hefty sum in the bank, hopefully more than enough for a solid replacement. I'm hoping him moving on will be the equivalent to Allen and Sinclair leaving Swansea. It gave them the money to significantly invest in their squad, and they've done very well as a result this season.

can't find the scorers listed, but it did finish 2 and some stats i have found on various sites indicate Ricky now has two goals more than a few days ago, so it looks as if he scored a second last night. 5 goals in two matches since we signed him. yes, yes, yes.
