99.9% he will end up at Man City.

Most likely with £230k/week wages as well...

I think PSG will match any bid that Citeh make, and him signing for an English club would be a massive kick in the nuts I don't think he would want to give to us. Obviously, it's whether or not he want's to play in a sub-par french ligue, but they've got a big future ahead of them, and he probably will have a good chance in europe with them as well.

I'd guess City... But then again I was convinced Hazard would join them too, so who knows...
You'd like to think Van Persie (out of respect) wouldn't want to play for another Prem team though... So maybe PSG?
Paris is more likely to interest his wife than Manchester, and he can be the main man.

I wish he'd go to another league, but with the uncertainty in Italy, City seems to be the best bet.

England isn't the only place he can win trophies....
I was convinced Hazard would be at City, so who knows.

He could possibly end up at Real Madrid?

Don't you realise that he has just done so. His statement is a most cynical kick in Arsenal nuts, carefully written by his agent and lawyers. He is now trying to do everything to cut all his ties with AFC and engineer his move to ManCity this summer without writing an official transfer request. You want to know why this "statement" and not a transfer request? Because a transfer request would cost him money. What he has done was utterly cynical and disrespectful to Arsenal. It is 90% that his aim is ManCity and it might well be ever since that meeting. Do not be a child and think he cares about the club. Not any more, not in the slightest. This is pure business now. Do not be fooled by all those "you guys, the fans" and "this fantastic club" bla bla bla. The words were carefully chosen by his lawyers. His statement was effectively a declaration of war. Transfer was that is.
I would love it if Arsenal would put him on the market immediately declaring that offers are welcome from any club except ManCity and Chelsea. Barca and Real are most probably not interested. ManU have no money, they badly need a playmaker. Sp what is left for RVP then? To rot in the French or Italian league. And we could still get some decent money for him. But sadly IT IS just business, so Kroenke will sell him to the highest bidder. Which is, of course man City. And now it is clear why Mancini was so coy about RVP. "I don't ewant to disrespect Wenger".. Bull.., he KNEW already what RVP was going to do. He did not even want to unsettle him, RVP was his.

Arsenal's second-biggest shareholders have written to owner Stan Kroenke expressing "deep reservations" about how the American is running the club after captain Robin van Persie refused to sign a new contract.

Alisher Usmanov and Farhad Moshiri say in the letter obtained Thursday by The Associated Press that a "tight" financial regime is leading to manager Arsene Wenger "selling his best players and having to continue to find cheaper replacements."

They complain that "we are faced with losing our true marquee player" because we cannot "give confidence that we can win trophies," asking "where are the safeguards to ensure that this doesn't happen again and again?"

The pair own just under 30 percent of Arsenal through investment company Red & White but haven't been allowed by Kroenke to join the board.

Looks like City, but then again, they have so many forwards on their books. I know they are a silly club and therefore it might not be a problem, but surely they need to start selling some of those forwards?
