The wear and tear is there regardless, Giggs and his longevity is a genetic thing, hardly any midfielders play to near that age and be so effective as Giggs can be. Maybe his brothers wife kept him feeling young which is why it looked like time had taken its toll last year
I names strikers, midfielder and defenders so my point very much stands. Its also correct. The game is much healthier now and the days of retiring or dropping a level in your early 30s have gone for the most part. The lack of playing time will indeed impact the fitness of him body and thus potentially give him an extra few years aslong as he works hard and keeps fit. Just as giggs has done.
You are right about the age thing. I remember Fergie saying our team was too old and then we won the double. Same thing last year when we won the C.L.

Actually it was 6th. Do some research before giving it large!! I'd happilly finish 6th every year and pick up 2 trophies rather than finish second and pick up none.

Hes been having a brain fart all day swarbs, I mean its been ugly, real ugly but I dont think hes as deluded as hes acted today. Hes on a par with District Line just now but I think spending time with some of those on the Liverpool board has caused a few issues with his senses.
