The obvious flaw in your plan Mick is that those that can avoid paying tax do so anyway, regardless of the level it's set at. You should know. Yup - this is the problem with London now though - we seem to have become a neutral battle ground for every international grudge going be it the Tamil insurrection, Russian oligarch's dick measuring contests or which county is going to win the All Ireland this year. Makes you nostalgic for the days when inner city violence was confined to the traditional Saturday afternoon punch up at Kings cross station with fans of 6 or 7 London clubs and a few assorted northerners.....

I have just took it again to try figure out how they put me to the right and I'm still confused - I think it's my pro-business answers as well as not really caring about the arts and being a bit anti-abortion (but surely that would count against me as a liberal?).
