In general terms I would like to see a Dutch manager at Spurs. Based on the fact that the current Spurs squad is capable of total football like no other team in England. That's the fit I would like to see.

And there is a gap in the PL for it.

    Man C. Italian
    Chelsea Italian
    Swansea Spanish
    Arsenal French
    Man U British
    Stoke English

    Spurs Dutch?

if you lot appoint moyes i will be amazed and will have to laugh as the inevitable happens. spurs fans have always demanded the right football be played and moyes is a hoof ball merchant.

I can't wait to see what happens next and to see if the press and dave whelan savage you lot of you take more than 48hours to announce a new guy.

You can see how desperate Liverpool fans are, judging by the number coming on here just hoping that we will fail.

    Sad! <laugh>

Is this the same media that had Harry as a closed book for England?

Harry Redknapp says Tottenham sacking was inevitable

So if correct (bbc usually are with their private info) i hope levy enjoys his "process" and gives us the great manager to get us 3rd next year.

ha ha i didnt post the odds because they are 100% correct, more to show the names that in reality are out there as im pretty sure once we start looking for a new manager, people will realise there isn't much to go for.

After watching their opening two games at the Euros, I bloody hope not!
We can't play well with two holding midfielders either though, so you might be right.

Let's put it this way, there's a far better chance of Spurs moving up to the next level than your pathetic I.Q.!

Capello intrests me..some say he is boring and a bit of a disciplinarian....i never thought anything was wrong with that.

however Joe Lewis wants someone younger.

    Moyes to be safe.
    Martinez maybe?
AVB has something about him..not his fault Chelsea is run by the players.

    i havent got a jiffy!

Here's SSN's take on why Martinez didn't take the Mouser job...ROBERTO MARTINEZ

Martinez has also won plaudits during his time at Wigan, keeping them in the top flight via a remarkable late-season surge featuring victories over Manchester United, Arsenal, Newcastle and Liverpool as they won seven of their last nine games having looked dead and buried prior to that. He was heavily linked with the vacant Liverpool job before the Reds appointed Brendan Rodgers but the Spaniard has made it no secret that he yearns to take charge of an ambitious club. <laugh> Perhaps that'll give all the Wums something to think about!

We've got one just like you on our board. Anyway...

Just think its a bit sad to be honest - just as you catch up to arsenal, levy presses self destruct...can't help but think this is all to do with bale and modric - who are most likely being sold off this summer - Levy plans to cash in...

Best Spurs manager I can remember. Bridged a gap that so many thought couldn't be bridged...breaking the top four...

There was talk a couple of years ago about Mark Hughes taking the job. I'm glad that that's all it was and I hope he isn't considered. I hope DL takes his time and isn't rushed into desperate decisions. It has to be a man with winning experience in coaching and If Klopp and Low won't come then Benitez MIGHT fit the bill.

Average manager who is talked up well above his ability. Lazy and a fashionable opinion. People chirp on about wigan, but he's not done anything with them...ever...perennially scrapping with relegation isn't the sign of a decent manager...No cup runs, average signings, average football - lovely bloke - wish people would stop blowing smoke up his arse... Paul Lambert was your man. Sadly you missed the boat.

Pulis is Welsh, and there's already a Dutch manager in the Premier League. You know, Martin something or other at Fulham.

He signed a three year extension late last year - so the Dutch might be stuck with him for a while longer.
