I agree. I was in two minds when Rafa left, thought he did a great job for us. It seemed time for him to move on but what ensued (Hodgson and the club's financial trauma!) made me think I wish he'd stayed. The donations he made to the Hillsborough fund when he left, and his tears at the memorial service, made me respect him even more. I would find it very hard to wish him well in his job at any other PL club. Could you see him as England manager?
No, if you take the England job, the press will crucify you, unless you win the world cup, Rafa takes critisism to heart. He is not suited for the job.
