I can't see how this has any relevance. Just de-register players surely and register new ones? The de-registered players will then want to leave. Kill two birds with one stone. It doesn't fit with the party line of course...

It now transpires he was never in town and in fact was in Marbella signing a 4 year deal with German side Augsburg.
