Bloody typical <grr>
Looks like Maddison will be staying. If he came back we could offload both Naismith and Brady and reinforce our still horrendous (Kloseless <grr>) defence which has leaked 34 goals in 22 games <doh>
Not in the least surprised and i remember saying that he'd stay at Pittodrie for the rest of the season and good luck to the lad. AN wouldn't have played him if he'd been here anyway.

Why on earth would we do something as enterprising as bring back Maddison, who appears to be pulling up trees in Aberdeen, so that we can offload some deadwood (see what I did there) like Naismith and Brady ?
Agreed ocf!! <ok>

Hogan from Brentford price tag £15m!!!!!! I bet we don't even enquire and most of us would understand why. Anyway he has already stated that he wants to play in Prem. Good enough?

Brady price tag a ridiculous £20m from NCFC last summer.
No suitors?.....quelle surprise. And all we have to show is a lacklustre player who clearly doesn't want to be here.
Crap transfer windows are lack of 'outs' as well as all the wrong 'ins'.
Why is our club so horrendously bad at them? <yikes>

Because we have had lots of practice at being crap, and we have now perfected the art.

But why does he not want to be here ? That's the question

What we needed and should have had over the summer is a good clear out of the old guard. So I know it wouldn't have been popular in the summer and indeed for some not now, but the likes of Martin, Bassong, Turner, Hoolahan, Whittaker and Tettey / Mulumbu should have been moved on and we should have kept O'Neil. The players we bought are generally good prospects, although clearly AN doesn't have the ability to get them playing at there best, indeed it's remarkable that the only player in our squad who is developing and playing any where near their full potential is on loan in the land of the poison dwarf. The outgoings would have made space in the squad for some decent players with the right mindset for a championship promotion chasing team (a couple of championship veterans and some more young quality PL hungry players). By moving on Martin & Tettey we could have had a clear change of leadership on the pitch, which was seriously lacking last season and so far this season. AN needed to make changes in the summer to stamp his authority on the team and make it abundantly clear that the players needed to buck their ideas ups and leave their poor PL attitude in the PL, instead we just slept walked into the championship thinking that the quality of our squad would ensure that we would at least be challenging for promotion.

I think at the moment there's more chance of us getting relegated this season than promoted. I fear that the board will not act until all is lost and I can only hope that between now and the start of next we get a new manager who is willing and able to make a radical overhaul of the team. Any new managers job will be much more difficult than AN's at the end of last season because i fear the likes Klose, Howson Brady etc will not want to spend a second year in the championship.

WOW<applause>

Rangers want Canos, apparently
http://readnorwich.com/2016/12/27/rangers-keen-on-canos-move/

Another failed transfer by AN - hard on the heels of Klose, Pritchard and Naismith (in terms of value for money).
That's approximately £28m smackers, either wasted or fallen by the wayside.
And that doesn't include Maddison, who's banished to Scotland for probably the entire season <doh>

A positive substitution also paid off with Maddison's parried shot the key to Aberdeen's second.
That would NEVER happen for NCFC - there is NEVER anyone else in the box to tap home a rebound!!! <doh>

I was just surprised at all the hype he's been getting I thought he would first name on the team sheet! Perhaps McInnes doesn't rate the Accies so gave JM a rest!

I seem to remember that we went through a similar scenario some seasons ago when we tumbled down the Championship table and landed in League 1. My memory isn't clear what season it was all I can remember is that we got promoted back to Championship next season. Is history about to repeat itself?

McNally devised - and achieved, ahead of schedule, a seven year plan.
This current shower are undoing all of that good work and we're regressing back to 'little' Norwich, no ambition but bucket-loads of 'prudence' <doh>
It really is quite pathetic, especially as Delia and co have first-hand recent experience of what it's like to be successful as a club and punch above one's weight! :(

Exactly Cromer!!!!
Delia is on record as saying that the club's not for sale and my only hope is that numerous ST holders will vote with their wallets and not renew as the have done in previous years - it may act as a 'wake-up' call, but I doubt it.
IMO, it was a combination of McNally, Lambert and a LEADER on the pitch in the shape of the legendary GH that saw our meteoric rise.
Whilst AN is guilty of making mistakes in team selection/substitutions, we have been missing a leader on the pitch for some time now and until we get one, I don't foresee anything arresting our slippery slope towards the relegation zone!!!

Timm Klose has removed all evidence of any NCFC affiliations from his twitter profile!
Reading between the lines a little, 2 + 2 = 5!! :(
